Terms of Use
The tools on Toolist are provided free, as they are, for your reference.
Listings on the rental board
The rental board at /nha-tro, published in Vietnamese only, carries listings written by its users. We provide the noticeboard; we are not the landlord, not an agent, and we do not verify, inspect or vouch for any listing. Any agreement, deposit or contract is between you and whoever posted it.
By posting, you confirm the property is real, the details and photos are accurate, and you have the right to let it or permission from whoever does.
We may hide or remove any listing at any time without notice. Listings also expire after 60 days. If you see one that is false, duplicated or looks like a scam, use the report button on the listing; if your photos or phone number have been used without permission, write to the address on the contact page with the listing URL.
Use
You may use these tools for personal or professional purposes, as often as you like, without asking permission.
